Tumeric powder is also known as the golden spice. Fresh tumeric is sourced from farms around Fiji which is then cleaned and dried before grinding to produce premium tumeric powder. It is used in curries to add flavour and colour. It also has strong anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
